strippedstock os50 hyper exhaust

Hi, just stripped one of the thread on the exhaust of my os50h. any suggestions if its still worth fixing and how.. or should i just spend 50$on another one....

Try a longer bolt that will give you enough threads past the muffler to use a nut and lockwasher to secure it.

thanks, why didn't i think of that...... :) Got all thread and nuts, coz the hobby shop here didn't have any longer screws... anyway need to assemble and break-in the engine after.... :)

You'll need 42mm bolts at a minimum. 45 works too. 50 might require cutting depending on your heli design. You might also consider using nylock nuts. You'll also probably have to grind flat spots on the pipe so that the nuts will sit securely.

Just a lock washer and nut are fine.
