"The Griffin"

This is an awesome airplane for beginners. I've been flying for years, and people are always asking me to help them get into the hobby. I usually spend a couple of days helping them get all the gear and build their airplane.

These guys have a building tutorial DVD that walks people through every single step of the process to build the airplane. I've never seen such an easy way to get started on the right foot.

I have a bunch of neighbors that are flying these now.

Hey, that's no Scratchbuilt. :D

Although, it does resemble a Park Shark or Frog.

What is scratchbuilt? I guess I just assumed if you build the airplane from scratch (from a blank sheet of foam as opposed to a pre-cut kit), then that is scratch built.

I could be wrong.

If this post belongs somewhere else, can I move it???
