Power on my PICOPILOT-ALT3, the Elevator slight dither once every second, is this natural?

If you provided some extra information it would be helpful.
1. What radio receiver have you got connected?
2. Is this behaviour happening when the unit is enabled or disabled?

Yes it is Normal. Even co-pilot does things like that. Except in co-pilot is just sounds like a slight growl as it operates servos.

As long as it does the power on test OK you are good.

1. Futaba FF9 radio receiver
2.The unit is enabled
