Hi Guys,

I'm looking for a source of insulated K type thermocouples without connectors. I only need one. Omega was my first thought but they only sell them in 5 packs. I don't foresee myself using that many in my lifetime.

Have any of you got a source for them?

Thanks,

Chris

I get mine from Farnell, they have branches around the world and (last time I looked) have a reasonable range of K-type thermocouples in an inconel probe.

Hey Xjet,

Thanks for the info. I just realized that I should check Ebay and sure enough there's a ton of them available and cheap too.

I've been using the 3871K54 from McMaster-carr. It's a 3/16" diameter x 6" long type K stainless probe with a 4 foot lead.
