I don't know what to get, please advise, i looked at carden edge/extra, every second person has one. The hangar 9 Sundowner, now that's nice, but it has unwanted tendencies, snaps / stalls with little warning lands fast. What else can one get to convert to electric?

I'm looking for a plane that's got good scale looks, flies fast and can slow down nicely, it has to slow down nicely for landings, what do you have in mind?

Please give me 50 size versions up to 150 size examples, thanks :)

The H9 150 mustang looked nice, though i've had a real bad landing with my small Hyperion p-51 mustang the other day, and it also stalls without much warning. i don't want that kind of worry on landings :(

Man what do i need to get, maybe i should get a big 90 heli and convert to E

Guys, I don't think Heli appears to have any idea what kind of plane he wants..or even if he wants a plane. I'd say step #1 is "What do you want to fly?".

He posted in the power systems forum that he wanted a motor to do a 126" Carden Extra, so I'd say he's looking to go big :)

Guys Thank you, Yip i'd still like to have the 126" Extra though i might just not make it budget wise. Think i'm going to go with the 100" Great Planes Extra, My LHS can supply me with one and an electric power setup to match..

Yaa i know, (some would probably say cursed, I say GIFTED to like both....Hehehe ) i say anyone can fly both if they really want to, i am no better than the man next door, just like both heli's and planes equally, and i like 'em both in electric form, this time i need to go big, still like my small planes and small heli, nothing wrong with them !

Thanks everyone!

Go to this thread and take a look. I'm not knocking the LHS or Great Planes, but this is what I will be doing. I have had 3 of their planes up to the 55" version and they are the best thing I've ever had the pleasure of flying.
Good luck with whatever you decide!!
