Anyone have the instruction manual for this esc? I can't find mine and am having a hard time programming it.

Mtroniks website is useless. Nothing but the lastest -4 versions are listed.

Ralph: Thank you very much for going to the trouble to scan and post this. However, I already downloaded the -4 version from Mtroniks and tried it. Mine is a -3 version and this instruction method does not work for the -3 version.

The esc is actually working fine. It's just that the programming is set on 'slow' start and I wanted to change it to 'fast' start.
