Hi all,

Is there an easy way to test a cap to see if it's bad? I have access to a digital o-scope and a digital multimeter.

charge it up through a resistor?

Can you provide some more info? Hos much voltage? What size resistor? How do I check for the charge (multimeter I guess)?
