Help! - Horizontal Stabilizer V Mount

Looking for a source for a horizontal tail V mount. Such as the Topaz or Buzzard. Denny Maize of Ploecat Aeroplane Works said he would not be able to make any for a while. He indicated the Bud Elder (in Florida) might have some. He did not have Bud's email. Can someone help?
