1964 XLCH- less then 500 miles!! on whole bike rebuild.
78 CI = 3.270 bore and 4.625 stroke, S&S crank, S&S rods,
Hand ported and flowed cyl heads, BIG valves, heavy springs, And Custom high compression pistons (Aries) to the engine builders spec's.
Sifton -- (minus minus) cams (very desireable and hard to find). adjustable pushrods. belt drive primary, K-model primary cover.
Barnett carbon fiber clutch, S&S super B carb with aircleaner
Chrome Morris Magneto, single fire magneto module and wires.
Pingle petcock, drag pipes, EK530DRZ chain.
The motor was built by a old school racer, builder, who has built and raced iron heads for 30 plus years. He has national records behind him and still builds motors today for alot of people. He is very very very picky. NOTHING BUT THE BEST!!!!
FRAME
Frame has a 36 deg rake (6 deg over) from stock. Fresh powdercoat, Custom built rear struts by a very picky machinest. Front forks have been shortened 2'' from stock.
VINTAGE H.D (mud catchers) aluminum rim's -19'' front, 18'' rear. Avon speedmaster front, Avon AM23 sticky rear tire.
All cables, hoses, wiring, exc NEW!
Mustang seat.
With the correct rider this bike should be capible of low 11 high 10 sec range 1/4 miles passes, yet so very streetable. To start the bike is not that bad. Do not let the compression scare you. The owner is 6'1'' and it fits him fine. This bike is LOW, LOUD, FAST, and a HEAD TURNER. Your neighbors will love you!
