Hi All,

Does anyone know where I can find a set of plans for a Mini Bird of time?
This was a Dynaflite kit with a 2m wing span.

Thanks,

Ray Hayes at http://www.skybench.com/index.html sells laser cut kits of the Bot from 50 inches on up to about 120 inches (I think) and Mark Miller (also I think) at Isthmusmodels.com sells a 2 meter version of the original BoT. I can't get his page to load right now though. And I have plans for a 60 inch Bird of Daylight Savings Time, designed by John Lupperger , that I can send you a copy of if you'd like a littler bird. I thought the Dynaflight kit was about 100 inches or so.

I bought the rights and tooling for the original Mini Bird of Time. I do not sell plans separately though.

The kit is available at www.isthmusmodels.com. My web host is having problems right now so my site is down. It will be back soon.

Hmm... Ken, let me start by saying I am in no way affiliated with R/C Modeler magazine or anything, but they still sell the BoT plans for $15 (just got mine a couple of weeks ago) and this might be stepping on a copyright. I'm all for sharing, believe me, but I understand copyrights, too, and I'd hate to see the site management get dinged for allowing too much of it.

Ya scared me Mark. I thought you'd decided to give up selling and flying or something. Glad to see it's just web glitches!

I believe the Mini Bird Of Time plans were once available from Bill Northrop's plan service since it appeared in one of the older issues of Model Builder magazine.
Check with AMA's plans service in the AMA web site.
