FMA Co-Pilot will work a lot better under most circumstances. Gyros aren't really designed to act as roll/pitch stabilizers on fixed-wing models. You'll end up with drift problems.

With FAM if using with electric seems good but with gas place some time the fuel exhasut cover the sensor window, which is not good. FMA seems better then gyro because gyro have drift with time. Using both seems good option too.

By themselves they dont measure the same thing. You cant attitude stabilize a plane with just gyros. You could however use both and a micro controller to do a sort of comp filter, which I think would work pretty well.
