Thought about just adding to the existing thread but I figured that praising separately was better than just adding a post...
Anyway, last night I was going through the contents of an order I'd placed last November for an Alfa Spitfire and the retract kit. I had briefly looked through the contents of the box when it arrived and thought I'd received everything but realized that I was missing the ALF60011 portion of the retract set.
I called Hobby Lobby this morning, spoke with Olaf and explained that I thought I'd been shorted the ALF60011 portion of the retract set. He said that their part numbering for the Alfa retracts had changed since the order was placed but checked with someone who'd been there longer to see if the old part number was for the entire set.
After a minute or so on hold he said that they'd ship a complete set out to me at no charge as soon as they arrive (the Alfa retracts are currently back ordered).
There aren't many companies left that would do this for a customer who'd placed an order six months earlier and had just now found that a part was missing from an item.
My most sincere compliments to the Hobby Lobby customer service team and their execution of customer service excellence!
