The Recorder is in mint condition cosmetically and in operation. It has only been used twice for about 30 minutes total in use. It will come with the insructions, blank tape & batteries.
This is a VOICE ACTIVATED RECORDER, which is nice when taping those lectures in school because it saves you tape and battery power.
