Impressive.

General public gets nicked on your site. If you know the secret hand shake SkykingRC gives you a deal from their excessive price and then brags about the great deal they have.

Thanks for letting your customers know you clip them when you can.

When we have a sale it is for everyone that orders, not just a select few.

Sky King you remind me of this quote-'Avoid loud and aggressive persons, they are vexatious to the spirit'

Peck-take this advice-'Exercise caution in your business affairs for the world is full of trickery'

For what it's worth, I'd pay Pecks ever so slightly higher prices (the difference in price isn't even worth typing this) so I didn't have to deal with somebody like SK.People who have to viciously attack others to promote themselves are very small people. I own my own business and NOBODY will try to tell me to meet their lowball price. If someone else wants to lose money selling low, let them. I'll pick up their customers when they go bankrupt. There is no sin in selling to make a profit. Just ask the oil companies. Jim
PS-At least Tim has a 'big enough pair' to sign his own name!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ed, The tone and wording of your posts is, to me, a little distasteful. I'm pretty sure you are doing more harm than good to your company. The vast majority of the people who read these posts are not in the market for a razor plane, and noone cares "who started it". What can we assume about your customer service based on your aggressive, adversarial attitude?

Your customer base is relatively small. How many potential customers have you told to "take a rest and a valium"? One at least that I know of...

Another observation: Aside from a few items, it doesn't seem to me (I may be wrong here) that your company and Peck Polymers are really direct competitors... The success of your company is probably not going to hinge on whether you have a cheaper razor plane than PP.

Of course these are free an open forums so post what you want, and good luck to you.

Phil
