OK, after the Easter postal, it appears there is demand for more of these, so here goes one for the month of April:
Fly any TD ship you like and launch via hand, highstart, winch, or aerotow. Flight must be flatland (no slope flights) and your flight must not be motorized.
You can fly as many times as you like, on multiple days, and post your best score (in seconds). No landing points.
There are only 2 catches to the above:
1. Flight must take place during the month of April.
2. To honor the "Fools" portion of this contest, the clock does not start until you enter inverted flight! Yep, launch, find that killer thermal, fly all you want, but you have zero time on the clock until you go upside down! Once you leave inverted flight (by rolling, looping, or crash/land) the clock stops. If you enter inverted flight again it is considered a new attempt and the clock rests to zero.
Hopefully most people have EZG or other cheap, indestructible planes to use for this contest. It will also hopefully help some to improve basic flying skills and add excitement to the mix.
Left is Right. Down is up. Reflex is camber. Are you "fools" ready? This fool is (well, at least ready to crash my EZG trying :o ).
