Trying to get my son into a hobby I bought him a Tamiya Blitzer Beetle rc
kit for Christmas. I have a Futaba Attack FP-T2NL radio that was given to
us. The radio comes with a battery holder for 4 AA batteries. The kit does
not require this set up But states to use a B.E.C. (Battery Eliminator
Circuitry). Question: Is there a switch that I can buy that will allow me to
use this radio? The old switch is wired directly into the battery holder.
What I need is the harness to run from the speed controller to the radio
receiver. I have look on Tower Hobbies web site and found some but not sure
as to the type of connectors I need to make this work. Can it be done this
way? Do need to buy another radio? If another radio is needed any
suggestions? Son prefers a 2 stick radio. Any help would be much appreciated
as I'm quite new to this.
