Hi all,
I'll be in Germany on holiday in April and might pick up some models there (to save myself the shipping costs), what is the proper procedure to obtain the VAT refund from the retailers there?
I've read that it involves filling up a customs form and getting it stamped by the Customs officials at the airport, but from then on I have to use Global Refund for the service?
Is there anyway to bypass the Global Refund network, and obtain the refund directly from the (Web-)retailer?
