spectrum radio on/off module control in flap servo position

I am looking for a device that would substitute for a servo in the flap or gear position on a sprectrum receiver. I now am using a servo actuated snap switch but would like to have an electronic switch do the same function.
I could build the device if I have the logic diagram.
