I had a computer failure, so I installed Reflex XTR on a new computer. I wanted to install the updates, but couldn't find the password for my account on their site. I tried to reset the password and it is supposed to send an e-mail, but I haven't received anything. I sent an e-mail to their support a couple of days ago, but haven't received any response on that either.

Has anybody else tried contacting them in the last few days? Is it a problem on my end? All my other e-mail seems to be coming through fine.

Thanks,
Dave

Well still no response to my e-mails or here on this site.

Does anybody know a reliable way to contact the folks at Reflex?

Thanks,
Dave

Well another email to Reflex yesterday and another attempt at resetting my password on their website, but no response e-mails so far.

I'm beginning to think it would be quicker to order Phoenix than to be able to reinstall the updates to Reflex XTR. I just don't really want to spend the money at the moment.

Well I just think that the Reflex support group is just out to lunch.
I have been emailing them via their website about a USB dongle that I need to send back for repair and they just refuse to answer after about 6 emails over 3 weeks. Looks like they just want to sell and forget about their "promises" on their web site to repair any problem.

I also own PhoenixRC, Real Flight, and AeroFly Pro, I only got to use Reflex XTR for about a month before the dongle "Broke" . You Can't go wrong with PhoenixRC or Aerofly Pro in my opinion. I use both daily.
