Small Run Electronic Components ?

Does anyone know a company that makes prototypes and short run electronic components and assemblies ? I am looking at a small PCB switch unit .... or if they might be interested the entire item.

I do my own short-run stuff (50-100 pcs), but have received numerous offers from these guys Advanced Assembly (http://www.aapcb.com). They know me from having boards made by Advanced PCB (http://www.4pcb.com). I have never used them to assemble a board as their rates were higher than I would have liked (their PCB rates were reasonable). It was easier to buy my own SMT equipment and do the work myself.

There is a company in Dayton.Ohio called "Tabtronics" just a bit north of downtown that made receivers for me about ten years ago. They are in your phone book and really easy to deal with....
they do excellent work...
