Posted a few days ago concerning my SD CARD. Tried to contact tech support as per a response from Jason Cole from hobby lobby-- forgetaboutit. I have been trying to contact tech support for over two weeks with two different telephone numbers.
I just pruchased a 2GB SanDisk Extreme lll Memory Card. I keep getting a Memory Full Indication(this is the same message I received with the original SanDisk card) but the camera is not recording anything.
The Fly Cam, when connected to the computer tells me that there is only 1.93 mb of memory on the card. How can this be. When I connect the card through a reader it shows 1.89 GB. Can anyone tell me what's going on. So far I returned one defective camera, purchased a standard 2GB SanDisk card that didn't work, a 2GB SanDisk Extreme lll card that doesn't work, a card reader, no support from techsupport and no video from the FlyCam. Is there anyone out there that can straighten out this mess?
