I try very hard to buy almost everything I can from Hobby Lobby. Why you ask? Well, today, I needed a copy of a receipt to get Spektrum warranty service and since L.A. Johnson retired, I sent an e mail request to Eric Metzler. Now, I'm sure he has other things to do, but literally, within one hour I had a fax copy of a receipt in my hand. I've NEVER been disappointed with any transaction with Hobby Lobby, and someone is almost always available to resolve any element that I'm not happy with. What more could I want! :)

The best customer service there is! I just got off the phone with a guy there (I can't remember his name) because I got an order in today that was wrong. Partly their fault & partly my fault. I thought I had been charged full shipping price for a few PQ batteries I ordered even though it was in a 4X4X4 box. The guy explained to me that I wasn't charged the full price. Sure enough he's right. Then one of the batteries was supposed to be a 2 cell but I got a 3 cell instead. He said he'd send me a replacement ASAP. Then there was another battery I thought I had ordered 2 of but in fact I had screwed up when ordering, I hadn't clicked 2 in my cart. He said he'd send me one for 20% off of the sale price to make it right. It was my screw up! I love HL.

A couple of months ago I had ordered a plane that was on sale for $30 for 2 kits. It seemed like it was going to take forever to get it. They took the shipping price off of the invoice because it took so long. I just can't believe all of the little things they are willing to do just to keep me coming back. And I guarantee you I will.

Yup, I agree... great customer service. I was just on the phone with one of their people and my replacement part (under warranty) is already on the way... free shipping. :) And, I did not have to stay long waiting on the phone.

Great service.

I have been a Hobby Lobby customer since 1977 in Durham, NC and later on in Mount Juliet, TN. I am now a dealer for them in Florida. There has never been an issue that they have not totally resolved to my satisfaction. These guys always go the extra mile for me and my customers.
