Perhaps it's their second season? At any rate, it's not the first time UAVs have flown at the South Pole, as the BBC claimed.

The BBC have given up journalism and become 'copy editors' over the last decade or so. Too lazy to look into anything & too scared (due to their odd funding via taxation) to upset the government.

Well in any event, it’s nothing that most in here haven’t seen, with the exception of the tundra.

Looks like a knock off of the Seeker II, which is a Chinese knock off of the Shadow. Sure beats that last one they found that was a knock off of the Swiper, which was swiped from the Wing Dragon.
