Mike,
I recently bought a complete package from Soaring USA including HS125 thin wing servos. Upon installation (no servo wire has been cut or modified in any way) one of the servos is chattering like crazy, I thought it was the Rx until I plugged in a new Rx and the chattering continues. I also tried another servo and the chattering doe snot happen. Could this Brand new servo be defective? and if so what can I do about it?

It is possible that it is defective out of the box. Send it in to our service department to take care of it under warranty.
