radio power/bandwidth regulations

Hi,

Im looking for the rules that pescribe what power/bandwidth you are allowed to use in the UK but cant find them anywhere!

Any advise would be appreciated.

My application is a university project where i am to send image data back to a ground station from a 2.4ghz wireless camera over IP protocol with distance up to 1 km.

Im also interested in the other bandwidths because i might be able to do some control stuff too with a 900mhz uplink from the ground.

I just found a resource. For anyone else looking, there a frequency tables at the UK Radio Control Council (http://www.ukrcc.org/). They also have links to regulations for other countries.
