How to best print or e-mail graphs?

Do you use Prnt Scrn and take screen shots for printing and sharing of your graphs, or is there a better way to do this? I am a Mac user so please bear with me.

Hi eflyingman,

I use Alt-Prnt Scrn, but there are built-in functions "export" and "print" in the chart settings that will also do this for you.
