Any info on your crash sale today, Ikarus Easy2FLY? Reviews or the like?

Thanks

It's basically a watered down version of Aerofly Pro Deluxe at an amazing value. You don't get as many planes or sceneries as you do with AFD, but if your looking to get a simulator, this is a great one to start out with.

Well, I pulled the trigger and ordered one today. I just started working with more advanced helicopters and needed something to practice on. Since I have now advanced out of the coax heli level and have both a larger fixed pitch AND collective pitch heli, I figured the expense warranted some sim time. This sale came at the perfect time for me!!! Thanks HL!!!!!

I went to purchase the simulator last night with the transmitter because my better half wants to learn to fly. Alas they were already sold out :(

I received my sim today. As luck would have it, the sim requires "OpenGL" 2.0 or greater video support but my computer say's I have 1.4. I don't get full graphics on the screen because of this.
I went to the suggested websites for video support downloads but i guess I need a new video card?
Any suggestions on what I need to get so I can get my sim up and running properly? The video accelerator is the only thing I seem to need, my computer meets or exceeds all other requirements.
This OpenGL thing has me stumped. I'm not up on this stuff, so help is greatly appreciated.

Try newegg.com for an inexpensive card. Look around and make sure your computer specs will support the card.

I got it on Thursday with the Futaba/Hitec cord and have logged 120 minutes thus far according to my Hitec Optic 6. When I went to use it today it could not find the controller. I tried a different USB port, checked all connections, haven't changed the controller settings (still in PPM mode, etc) and it still doesn't work. My computer recognizes the cord when I plug it into the USB port (all of them) but the program doesn't "see" my transmitter. Any ideas?

I called twice yesterday. After waiting for a tech, it went to voicemail. I hung up and called about 30 minutes later and waited, and when it was my turn again got a voice mail. I left a voice mail with a description of the problem and left my phone number. I haven't heard anything back.

Just got off the phone with Todd in Sales. Very helpful. He is sending me a new cord to see if that will fix the problem.

That's the same problem I am having. Although mine worked for about 2 hours, then all of a sudden the program can not find my controller.
