Hi,
1. Does anyone can give me some default setup of gy-601 with
jr-3810 ? And which channel should I use with gain switch in jr-3810 ?
2. Is it normal when I switch in AVCS mode, and I roll the rudder
stick from jr-3810 to the most right , then I release the stick, but
the servo won't come back to the middle point(in the ground) ?

Cant help you with 1), but as for 2).
Yes that is normal. What's happening is that you've put in a rudder command
but as the heli hasn't moved the gyro is still trying to correct for the
input you made. It does work in the air though.

Thanks for your reply, and I have two questions.
1. I have set all mix and trim about rudder to zero, and when I
roll the rudder stick from radio in AVCS mode , I found the gy-601
amplifier display from "A" to a square sign(it means neutral point
error) while rolling the rudder stick (levae heli in the ground ) ,
and it return to "A" when I stop rolling the rudder stick.
2. I can not find any way to change the gain from radio 3810. Is
it only can be changed from gy-601 ?

My experience with the 601 amounts to around 10 minutes Kevin, so I can't
help you with the display problem, but for SURE you can change the gain from
the Tx. I don't know HOW, but I'd be happy to bet money on it. Even the 401
has that facility and it's a much less expensive piece of gear.

Hi Beav
Hows things going ?
You can control the gyro gain on the 601 from the transmitter. I am
currently using a 3810 to control the gain.
Kevin if you need help hooking it up please email and I send you the
details (its not very hard)
