this is my Lionel 6-18491 ballast tamper
it is in good condition
original box was torn up by my 4 years old some
still has Styrofoam box instructions are not included unless i can find them. if found i will let you know
overall this ballast tamper is very nice addition to any O scale train set

Oh, nevermind. I thought it was t one of the older No. 54 tampers. But Lionel only reissued those from 1985-1987.
