Making Prototypes for an unmaned type of aircraft

Me and my designers, reserchers are making prototypes for an unmaned type of aircraft. We are going to try an experiment trying to make a decent RC Plane with very tight budget. We want to see if this will work our goal is unknown, but I know that we want to make a decent Long Range, Good Speed, and put a camera on it with good model for taking pictures of old mining sites in my area.

Sounds like fun. It would be good to see some threads from you when you guys get results. Here's a link to an area in RC groups that was started just to document the very type of thing you're talking about. It is to share interests and showcase our aircraft in positive ways.
