IK1002 AeroFly PRO Deluxe with "RC Transmitter"
IK1001H AeroFly PRO Deluxe for Hitec Radios
IK1001F AeroFly PRO Deluxe for Sq. Futaba, JR, and Spektrum Radios

With these Flight Simulators you can fly any of over 50 highly detailed airplanes and helicopters on your home computer. If you have never flown an RC airplane or helicopter, or are a professional flyer, this radio control Flight Simulator will make you a better pilot. By flying with an RC transmitter, in a photo-realistic landscape, using planes and helicopters that react exactly like the real ones, your skills and confidence will increase quickly. You can try out maneuvers that you would be afraid to attempt with your expensive model in real life, then when you have perfected them on the Simulator, you will be amazed at how well you'll perform them with your actual model.
These Flight Simulators have more than 12 flying fields and 3D indoor flying sites to choose from with realistic 360 degree scenery. Choose from over 50 airplanes including wild 3D aerobats, TOC torque planes, gliders, biplanes, slope, slow and park flyers, gas and electric helicopters, VTOL Harrier, jets and more. Also enjoy fog and smoke simulation, lighting effects, glider sounds, and good ground handling.

IK30211 "True Scale Edition" Add-On Vol. 3

Includes 18 brand new "True Scale" airplanes and 5 new sceneries. These include: Antonov An-2, Banjo, Beechcraft Baron-58, Messerschmitt Bf-109, Dromader, Gee Bee R2, Junior, Morane 505, NH-90, Piper-J3, Speed Canard, Salto, Spitfire Mk-IV, Tiger Moth, and several more. Two of the flying fields have the new "Multi-Pano Technology", meaning the ability to switch between different viewing positions while flying. Most models in this Add-On are designed in a 1:1 scale and have been set up to fly just like their full-scale counterpart. The new photo sceneries have been chosen carefully so that take-off and landing of the new models is no problem. However the new sceneries are also ideally suited for model aircraft flying. Minimum requirement is Full version of AeroFly Professional Deluxe. Internet access is required for product activation. Windows Vista will work by downloading drivers from the Internet. Installation instructions are included.

IK30212 "Team International Edition 1" Add-On Vol. 4

Includes 8 new original airplanes and helicopters flown by AeroFly Team International pilots. Each of these models not only looks exactly like the original, but they fly just like them too. 5 new sceneries are included, two of which have the new "Multi-Pano Technology", meaning the ability to switch between different viewing positions while flying. You now have the chance to try a model of a world-class pilot yourself. All models are exactly modeled like the real RC model. Our designers worked closely together with each pilot to ensure the best possible realism and setup. Minimum requirement is Full version of AeroFly Professional Deluxe. Internet access is required for product activation. Windows Vista will work by downloading drivers from the Internet. Installation instructions are included.

I was quite disappointed that the software doesn't seems to understand CCPM being 90 120 or 140 degrees. (Unless there is something I didn't setup properly which is very possible).

I learn with this simulator and it's pretty good in general.

The ground effect on take off or landing doesn't seems to reflect the real world.

The fact that you can set blade sizes and other parameters is very good to try simulating your heli.

Graphics are very good overall. Some people have been doing interesting models (mainly planes) that can be downloaded.

I would have love to find the E-raptor (325 and 620)..

The flight time isn't respected on electric heli. It seems that the software is using magic lipo batteries who never get discharged. But that's a detail.

As I didn't buy ant other simulator I can't really say if it is better or worse than brand X.

What I can say is that if you are beginning it's a very good software.

Happy flying.

No Simulator I've tried is perfect, And I use this extensively. You'll defiently learn alot and hopefully save $ and time in crashed Aircraft.

The only thing is that it doesn't have Dual Rates! The GP Sim I used at the shop had D\R but it was one switch for all rates.

Would it be too much to ask if they Could make a Simulator that Actually Simulates Real Radio's ???

In much need of AFPD Version 2!

Is there a list of planes that comes with AFPD? I can't find anything that states what planes come with it?

Thanks,
Mike

Guys, I NEED HELP!!!! I just got AFPD in today, and am trying to load it. I was loading it to my laptop(Vista/AMD ATI Radeon Express 1100), and it said to load disc 2, so I did that. A few seconds after disc 2 was loaded, it said to load Disc 0

I figured it was some kind of crap with Vista, and I tried to load it to the other pc(Windows XP) and it said the same thing.

OK, it says to insert Disc 0 that contains file data4. Disc 1 has data1 and data2 on it, but Disc 2 only has data 3 on it. Is Disc 2 supposed to have data4 on it also?

Hobby Lobby just put AFPD with addons 1-4 on sale for $170! If you don't already have it - this is a DEAL!

Hmmm, having just paid for all the addons over the summer, I kinda feel screwed.

Ok, I am new to this RC groups. I have RealFlight simulator for a few years and often played it and learned how to fly model aircrafts before I will be ready for real world...

What is any difference between APFD and RealFlight G4?

I have a question for you. When will AFPD $170 offer being expire? Dec 31st? I am considering to order that.

Thanks!

I'm not sure when it expires.
As far as a comparison between RF and AFPD do a seach here on RCG. This has been pretty well hashed out.
In my opinion, AFPD has more realistic physics. RF has some better features such as training videos and network connectivity.
