Budget Drop Plane advise

Hi All,
I've recently put an order for a RC Parachute from rcskydiving.com.
I'm now looking for a budget trainer Drop Plane for the diver.
I was thinking of Multiplex Magister. Would this be a suitable candidate?
Or should I just built one up.Please advise on the set up...
