Your question is too general for a simple answer. Ability to withstand g-force would scale with vehicle size. If you want a really impressive number, I can imagine a 4" span micro UAV that is made from Kevlar/Carbon composites being able to take 10g if not more.

Why do you ask? Do you need some citation for a term paper, or are you just getting familiar with UAVs?
