Voltage output on a 2s 450mah 7.4v???

I was just wondering what amount of voltage or amp output a normal 2s 450mah 7.4 has.

The 7.4V is a bit of a hint about the voltage though it varies from 8.4V fully charged to about 7V empty.

For current there's no such thing as "normal", it depends on the C rating. A 10C 450mAh battery can manage about 4.5A maximum, a 20C 450mAh battery around 9A.
