Probably better info in the fuel heli forum. As an electric it smokes too much and leaves a slimey trail.

Wow, really sorry didn't realise, I'm so used to spending time in here. I'll ask a mod to move it. Thank you!
Haha about the electric + smoke :). I'm a electric fan just this one is going at a reasonable price so I thought what the heck.
Edit: Mods taking a while to move, I wish I noticed this was the wrong forum :(.

Hello guys,
Well basically a colleague at work is selling his learner Raptor 30 which has had a 50 conversion kit. He said it's only had about 30 or so flights on but I reckon a little more perhaps. Seems in good condition very smooth.
Now I know very little about nitro engines and bigger helis so I'm asking you guys about it.
Don't know if it runs but it should do. It's been run on "Contest 10".
No TX/RX but servos and gyro included (don't know which ones yet). I'll need fuel, onboard battery (lipo?), a starter and a glow starter.
(Sorry mobile pics)
Thank you all very much, please try to respond before Monday as I'm going to have to buy it then.
Looks pretty much standard Raptor , what I can see an OS engine and a few upgrades, metal swash and some carbon. You will need a pipe to fly it as well, should fly OK once outfitted, they're pretty standard machines. How much are you paying for this?

What you see in pics, pipe (not sure if 90 degree is included), servos and gyro.
200 pounds (400$) for all that.
I don't have any fuel, e starter, glow starter and I need a RX for my 450 (I'll use the AR7000 that's in it for this one). I guess around 320 (640$) pounds total?
Does it look good?
Thanks ever so much, I got to sleep but I'll stay up a little longer so I can check this thread.
Thank you once again!

Depending on what OS engine is in that heli, for used ,it's kinda on the high end. Raptors are all over for sale, I've seen nice .30's receiver ready, in the $300-$400 range. Check the classifieds on a few boards. One of my flying friends sold a .50 with a new YS, 401 gyro , servo's etc for $600. Look around, there are deals out there.

So you guys say a little to much then right?
It's not the hyper OS engine (SO I heard). What about 150 pounds (300$) for what I said instead of 200 pounds, would that be okay?
If no reply then I won't buy it, although I think my dad is going to! :S I said wait until you see what they say on here! :)

Yeh,150 sounds ok.
Thing is,second hand helis,or models in general, bring very little nowadays.
Try selling an almost new, perfect condition heli and see the silly bids coming in!
I would have thought he'll snap your hand at 150.I would.
Good luck..
