The JT-2XL Diesel Engine

Good day everyone.
Recently I have surfed the internet and came across a paper called ''The JT-2XL Diesel Engine System For Small Unmanned Aerial Vehicles'', which is available from http://www.aiaa.org/. After reading introduction I decided to have a closer look on the document. After paying 25$ I have downloaded pdf document. What can I say...? It is not worth a penny... It took around 2-2.5 minutes to read through and is extremely abstract. I would advice not to spend time and money into this document.

What is it? A regular modified glowengine?

I am not sure that this engine even exists. Most of the time author uses phrases like 'engine will have...'. There is no precise information about anything, but I assume author thinks of modifying glow engine's head to use diesel in future.

What is supposed to be unique about this engine? I'm curious what the goal was. I read the first page but it divulged little.
