I have Tsunami SPT 36 amp Brushless Speedcontroller which drive Thunder Tiger OBL 29/35 motor. I have tested these with ordinary lead battery (12v).
Today when I turned controller on one of the controller microprocessor (tcp8013) burned. I think that the battery is not aimed to this controller and it maybe the solve for this problem.
I still want know what is possible fault and how I can fix it?
and how work above noted microprocessor?

Is it one of these? TPC8013 Field Effect Transistor (http://www1.toshiba.com/taec/components2/Datasheet_Sync//71/2878.pdf)

Test all the transistors with an Ohmmeter to see if any more have shorted out. Replace the faulty transistor(s) and your ESC should be working again.

where I can get the transistor?
Is there something machine or device which include this transistor?

These are my usual sources for parts, but they don't carry that mosfet:
http://www.digikey.com/
http://www.mouser.com/
http://www.newark.com/

But, you don't have to use that specific MOSFET. If you burned that one, I recommend you replace it with one that is rated for higher current.

Here are some alternatives:
FDS8812
IRF7831
IRF7836PBF
FDS8813NZ
TPC8018

www.farnell.com (http://www.farnell.com/) ??

Don't open this page without your sunglasses on:
www.nessel-elektronik.de

Or maybe the members of the www.lennokit.net forum know of a local supplier? If you haven't tried that forum already.
