cc45 mosfet fried

Hi, just crashed my trex and one of the mosfets on my cc45 was burned out, then i unsoldered that one and tried to run the esc on a good motor which worked out, so I now need to know who manufactured or where i can buy this mosfet? The numbers on the chip are
