Looking for Schematic Diagram of FUTABA R149DP 9 channel PCM 1024 Dual Conversion Receiver:

I have this 36 MHZ Receiver, that works perfectly on short range, but Failed on a Range Test. The Receiver stop working with Transmitter Collapsed at the distance of 20 feets only.

Guys, Maybe its just out of Tune, do you know how to tune this receiver?

Ah, the good old days of tuning an I.F. section... NOT!

It was my ChildHood Dream able to work on a Room with Full of electronics Test Equipment........One Time have visit a Television Factory, I was impressed with those Engineer/Technician working on Alignment/Tuning of I.F. section. using a Sweep Marker generator.

Guys, I just bring my receiver to my RC Buddies, who love to Thinker Receivers.....in just less than 15 minutes, he was able to Find the Problem....he found one of the IF Tuned circuit Transformer is defective, open circuit in the secondary winding......Now my Next problem, how to get that replacement of IF transformer, I'm sure its very difficult to Find this IF Transformer in electronics store......Next solution is to Find some Discarded same Receiver.

I am Hesitate to Bring this receiver to FUTABA SERVICE CENTER, been thinking the Cost of Shipment and service is More expensive that just buying a New Receiver.

I just wonder if Futaba is Willing to Give the Schematic Diagram of Their Receiver........in the old days, you can request a Schematic Diagram of their receiver.
