Are You Kidding Me?
Just when I'm feeling pretty good about my scratch-building someone always posts something like this and knocks me down a few pegs.
In short: Totally Awesome... I'm in awe of your skills!

Thanks Chad,
I would best describe the techniques despite my poor english, but at least I can show the photos.
I will change the motor to make it able to 3D flight.

Edgar - its a 27% plane and you only fly her on a 4S set up. You are amazing!!! I cannot imagine her on a 6S set up ... she will be so floaty ... :)

Any chance for more details on the wings? Are they solid cores, or did you fold depron over some ribs?
I've been thinking about building a foamy this size- Fuse doesn't have me worried, but how to go about the wings does :-\

What I'm interested in is how he hinged the control surfaces.

The wings are solid foam and covered with sliced depron to 2mm. Our deprom is much heavier than what you have.
There are two wood ribs and a joint of fiber glass (fishing tube).
What I'm interested in is how he hinged the control surfaces.
Q
Itīs invisible tension hings, similar small foamies but on small PTEG hidden plates.
