Lights

I am looking to add lights to my CMR Barracuda. I' need some suggestions on how you would add lights. What light set you would buy and where you would put each light. I've had no luck trying to find a pic of a motor yacht running in the dark. Thank you much in advance.

Harbor Models has a lot of choices for lamps.
I make an LED set that might work. ;)

Thanks Umi. Think I got it figured out. Now I just need to figure out how to do it. How can I get info on your LED set?

Any idea where you would put a spotlight on a boat like this?

Also, have you though about simply installing an LED in the existing light fixture?

jim, you have 3 mouldings on the mast, however just one will do there, and a red/green sidelight unit, they go in the mouldings that are aside the windscreen on the flybridge. and somewhere on th aft end you will have another.

Wile I was at the Hobby Expo, I found these LED's, they are so small that you could put them on the end of a human hair, and they come in red,blue,white,yellow, and thy are eye burnning bright, got the web site, www.ngineering.com .
but there is more than just LED's wire the size of hair, tubeing that will recive that wire and more, I was exstreamly imprest.
90% air planes 5% trians 5% boats.
there were displays by NWRC, Ron buchet was there selling some nice boats for an astate, Keth S was there selling hulls, ETC. I was not there more than an hour after driveing 3 hours to get there, Im sure there will be more from the guys that stayed both days after the event is over,
