It may use a 69mm fan.

In a short term, we don't have a plan to produce it. Because we don't
how big maket the s-3 have and to make it as a finished product will
expend a lot of energy.
If there are enough market for it, then we will release it as a finished
product.

When will the F104 be available and how big is it?

the F-16 and F-104 are 1/12 scale, you can see the finished products in 2009.
Both with scale landing gear and everything.
Because the high scale feature , so maybe you will have a EDF fan which the
thrust range is more than 1kg.
