What is the best pressure sensors out right now to measure static and dynamic pressure? Cost isn't an issue.....

If you are into really small, I have had pretty good luck with the sm5872/sm5822
by silicon microstructures. Smallest Dual ported /compensated/amplified part.

If small/low profile is not a big deal, you can't beat the all sensors g-p4v mini parts. 5 volt analog output, temperature compensated, amplified, etc. Downside is through hole mounting.
