Vista won't run well on 1 Gb of RAM. Any chance this can be reconfigured to XP Home SP2 ?

Regardless my mom has this computer and its an amazing computer runs flawlesly. I dont know about games but its an overall great computer for its price. Free Bump

Vista Basic is running fine with 1GB of memory. No you can't do Aero with this, but this is an entry level laptop. The Sempron chip is the 64bit version if anyone cares...
