Here are photos of my first control line effort some time back. the first was unsuccesssful with power up lines, 10 cells, geared mabuchi. It ROG'd in 2 feet but then flew straight at me. Very slowly.
The next photo is of the same model with S700 direct and 8 cells onboard - flew good. Only pilot (me ) not so good. Flew on regular 50 foot lines. The last photo is of setup for control. Body trashed, wing still flys most Sundays as part of 4 function 10 cell sports model. Picture quality is only so-so but I think it shows what I did.
