can't get any of the alt.binary groups on news-text.blueyonder.co.uk

which news servers you using to reach them?

I don't get any alt.binary groups either
my ISP has dropped their news group and I use Google now.
If anyone wants to see my models visit my site

I am using news.freeserve.net...this picks up most of the binaries groups.

My isps news server is news.ilnk.com but you have to be one of their customers
to access it.

There are pay news server companies. If you are willing to pay about $5 a month you can get just about anything.

RCGroups.com's USENET gateway runs off of newshosting.com. They carry all the groups, I think.

The free news servers are finding it hard to justify the expense of all the binary traffic.

The same thing happened t me. I am useing news.so-net.com.hk
it seen to have a good downlooad rate
