Hey, guys, in recent days, my friends and i are planning a UAV and FPV group and we deadly need good UAV and OSD-GPS equipments. i've searched numerous forums and website until i find here. The threads here really helped me a lot, and i contacted some UAV dealers to find which one is suitable, stable and robust. And i was told a UAV exportation license is needed if i want to buy UAV equipments from USA, i understand US policy on UAV is pretty strict, that's ok, but to apply such license may need 90 days which is indeed too long.
so is there any method to buy UAV equipments without license or could anyone tell me other UAV dealers who are not in USA(i can only find US dealers from the sticked thread). Great Thanks!

Glassfox,

Welcome to RC Groups.

You can look at MicroPilot (http://www.micropilot.com/) . They are located in Canada and may not have the same export restrictions. Their stuff has been around awhile but I've heard mixed reviews on it's capability.

By the way, it may help if we knew what country you are located in?

Thank you for advices, i will try to contact these UAV dealers.
i am a chinese guy, i bet you guys do not always chinese guys hanging in the forum, :D
the UAV and especially FPV have great potential in China, most Chinese RC fans know nothing about FPV, and as i posed a FPV thread in Chinese RC Forum, they are think FPV and UAV is still a future thing and really hard to believe.
So my friend and i want to start a FPV club to give more people new tricks to fly their plane or drive their RC cars. ;)

to lvspark :www.aeorc.com has not come up with a retail price, and they said someone in this forum are testing their equipments.

Jeff, i live in Tianjin, and same as hongkong and shenzhen, it's also located around coastline, but it's a little bit far from shenzhen, maybe 600km apart, and if you want to visit Tianjin, i 'd like to be your guide, hah, contact me if you need help in China, glassfox_cn@163.com :D

I have worked with MircroPilot and know that they have very little, if any, export restrictions and will ship world wide.
