Need help making a brushless motor

I'm looking to make a 300KV brushless motor, 5mm shaft, around 160 to 250g weight, around 60-70amps max current / 1000 Watts? Needs to handle 3S (11.1v)

Or a 150KV motor that can do 6S (22.2v)

I don't know if it is possible to do this low of a KV.

What about modifying another motor? Like changing the magnets and wiring?

Have you thought of asking in the Electric Motor Design and Construction forum ? That's all about building motors.
