Hi All
New to this hobby , looking for help on info about "8m 2Vee" steam motor eg. Power, Boat size, Boiler size, ETC.

Timo, is it a Stuart Turner engine ? Great idea for a steam Springer... a "Spreamer" ? Caledonian MacBrayne colours ? 1920s-30s LNER is prettier.

Hi Timo,
I have built the 8m engine http://i.pbase.com/g1/49/684549/2/93835786.2Xlq4e2P.jpg
and would recommend it highly. I want to mount it on a display stand and turn a prop with it in a clear case for show. Let me know if you want photos of video of the completed prject!

I started to run my one in with lots of oil and a vari speed & reverse drill 0=500 rpm
free off nicely, can operate with a syringe
