First one is the "Elmshorner Modellbau Club eV" from Reflex.

Not sure if it will generate the same responce now as it did back then, but take a look at this thread (http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=442457)
and this thread (http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=444745&highlight=scenery+copyright) where some else took a sceen from Reflex and built a new scene for one of Reflex's competitors

I was in the process of editing my post whilst you replied. Technically that was what Ken did and it sparked all that discussion on copyright !

I would agree with Malc C.

While you can do what you like for yourself, you simply cannot distribute this type of thing on the internet. It is a clear case of copyright infringement.

gregw, at the time of those postings Wolfgang and Kurt were active posters on this forum, especially when the subject involved the slightest hint of copyright infringement. These days you seldom see a post from either, so your conversion may go un-noticed.
